These 50"x60" Blankets are made of super soft printed fleece and can have a logo or team picture on them.
Order 1-6 Blankets and they are only $30 each
7 or more Blankets and they are only $25 each
General Ordering Instructions
Right click on the appropriate order form or flyer and select "save target as..." to save the form to your desktop.
Coaches are probably looking for the Team Wear order form and Team Moms want to get the Spirit Wear order form.

Once you have the appropriate form downloaded to your desktop double click on it to open it in Adobe Reader. Adobe Reader is a free download if you don't already have it and is available here.
Fill out your form completely and save it for your records.
Submitting Instructions
You have 3 options for submitting your team order.
- Email: Click on "Submit Form" in the upper right corner to have the form emailed back to us automatically via your email program.
- Fax: Click on "Print Form" in the upper right corner to have the filled out form on your computer print with your printer. Fax it to us at 760.746.0320
- In Person: Click on "Print Form" in the upper right corner to have the filled out form on your computer print with your printer. Bring it to us in person at our convenient Escondido Location.
