 In September 2024, Shaanxi Tiandi Renhe Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. actively heeded the call of the "Quality Month" campaign and conducted a series of activities throughout the company under the theme of "Quality as the Foundation for Growth, Pursuing Excellence in Standards.", attaining remarkable outcomes. This event not only strengthened the quality consciousness of all employees but also infused new momentum into the company's high-quality development.

 During the event period, the company widely promoted quality concepts and popularized quality management knowledge through various forms such as knowledge competitions, quality analysis meetings, self-examination and self-correction, quality special training, supplier evaluation, skills competition, publicity wall evaluation, and 6S visual fixed-position management. Employees from all departments actively participated. In the strong learning atmosphere, they deeply understood the importance of the quality management system and mastered more advanced quality control methods.

 On the production front line, the workshop organized "self-examination and self-correction" and "production skills training". Any quality risks identified are promptly rectified; meanwhile, through these skills training, concentrated training and practical opportunities are provided, enabling production position employees to repeatedly hone their operational skills, thereby significantly enhancing their professional capabilities and becoming experts in their positions. After the employees' skills are improved, their operations become more proficient and efficient, and the connection time in the production process is greatly reduced, thereby significantly increasing the output per unit of time and accelerating the overall production progress to meet the market demand for products.

 The management of the company attaches significant importance to this Quality Month activity. At the event’s closing meeting, Jia Shutian, the general manager of the group, expressed: "Quality is the lifeline of an enterprise.
